Studying Psychology at UPJ taught me to understand human behavior from different perspectives, while also fostering sensitivity and empathy in human interactions. Every course I took, whether core or elective, helped me see how psychology can be applied in real life. Various assignments, academic projects, and non-academic organizational experiences also sharpened my communication, self-management, and teamwork skills, all of which have been highly valuable in my professional journey. I am grateful that, despite its high academic standards, the Psychology program at UPJ always provides students with the space and opportunities to grow.
